Your merchant relationship
ParkLabel is being designed around each operator’s own merchant account. Parking payments would be processed for your company and settle to your bank, with software billing handled separately.
Refunds stay tied to the original merchant. The initial dispute workflow will show status and deadlines in ParkLabel, with operators responding through Square.
Square is the leading payment option under evaluation. Final processor terms and loss responsibility are being confirmed before live payments.
ParkLabel provides the software.
Software billing stays separate.
A few practical questions
Not yet. ParkLabel is in development. This site explains the planned product; the previews use example brands and data. Signup and live parking payments are not available here.
Yes, that is the core of the product. Your logo, colors, support details and company identity will carry through the operator website and parking purchase experience. ParkLabel branding will appear in the management dashboard, with a small Powered by badge planned for storefronts.
The current focus is guided operator setup, a branded website and Find Parking map, GuestPay, basic individual monthly parking, refunds and company reporting. Reservations, group accounts, promotions and validations are planned for later phases. The final pilot scope is still being defined.
That is the intended model. Each operator will authorize its own merchant account rather than receive parking payouts from a shared ParkLabel merchant account. Square is the leading candidate; the payment arrangement is still being verified.
Operator websites are initially planned at addresses such as yourcompany.parklabel.com. Support for verified operator-owned domains is planned for a later phase.
ParkLabel focuses on selling and managing parking. Enforcement is intended to connect through separate integrations, rather than become the center of the platform.
Pricing and plan details have not been announced. Software billing is planned to be separate from your parking transactions.
